O show estava programado inicialmente para 13 de março de 1976 . No entanto, o bilhete foi impresso antes da turnê foi confirmada, ea data de show foi então marcado para 17 de Abril. O anúncio inscritos para a mostra de 17 de abril, que afirma que os bilhetes para 13 de Março mostram que ser honrado.
Então, a data de 17 de Abril, foi adiada. A segunda razão para o adiamento do show foi porque o tecladista Ken Hensley saiu da banda e voltou para Londres em 17 de abril. O show de Boston foi a última noite da turnê E.U. 1976, e os E.U. último show com David Byron na banda. Byron continuou com a banda para sua turnê européia antes que ele fosse despedido da banda devido ao seu problema de bebida. Último show de Byron com Uriah Heep estava em Sportspalace, Bilbau, Espanha, 25 de junho, que foi o último show de John Wetton também.
