"O título do álbum foi inspirado em uma gravação feita em Surrey, Inglaterra durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, por um ornitólogo pretende gravar Nightingales. Angel Station é um álbum lançado em 1979 por Manfred Mann's Earth Band. Angel Station possui seis note-descendente tema, na maioria das canções do álbum, tecidas no contexto de cada canção em uma maneira diferente.
